Directorate of Inter Quality Assurance (DIQA) and Department of Management Studies, University of Kashmir Hazratbal, Srinagar, (UT of J&K) are pleased to announce the One day National Seminar on “Total Quality Management (TQM): Improving Cost, quality & Lives” to be held on  November 7, 2022, at the University campus, Hazratbal Srinagar.
The conference will be conducted in offline mode and serve as a platform for academicians and industry practitioners to explore the various dimensions of Quality and the need of TQM in the present changing business environment. The keynote address will be delivered by Prof. Pankaj Chandra, Vice Chancellor, Ahmedabad University & Ex Director, Indian Institute of Management- Bangalore (IIM-B).
