Dr. Ajaz Akbar Mir is MBA (Marketing & HRM) and Ph.D (HRM), having more than 18 year of teaching and research experience. His areas of specialization includes Managment and Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development & Change Management. Dr. Mir has published over 40 research papers in various reputed journals and participated and presented various research papers/articles in National and International Conferences within and outside the Country.  He has Two Books to his credit. and guided 5 research scholars for the successful award of Ph.D degree.
